Luvea Child Safety and Protection Policy

1. Introduction & Commitment

At Luvea, we are committed to providing a safe and respectful platform for all users. Although our services are intended strictly for adults (18+), we recognize the importance of preventing any form of child endangerment, abuse, or exploitation. We comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, applicable laws such as COPPA, and international child protection regulations.

We strictly prohibit content, behavior, or activities that exploit or endanger children in any way.

2. Age Restriction & Verification

Minimum Age: Luvea is intended only for individuals who are 18 years or older.

Registration Requirement: Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old during signup. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately suspended and removed.

Misrepresentation: Users providing false age information will have their accounts permanently terminated.

3. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

Reporting to law enforcement or child protection authorities as required by law.

To protect users and comply with standards:

🔹 Users can report suspected violations (e.g., inappropriate behavior or underage profiles) via our in-app reporting tools.

🔹 Reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate actions (content removal, user suspension, law enforcement notification) are taken.

Because we do not allow children under 18 to use Luvea:

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Any discovery of data submitted by someone under 18 will lead to deletion of that data and account suspension.
